Glasshouse Hotel Forced to Close Due to Storm Damage

The Glasshouse Hotel in Sligo has been forced to close for the next couple of days due to flood damage. Power to the hotel has also been affected as a result of the bad weather conditions leaving it with no other option but to shut its doors.

The stormy condition over the last week also resulted in water damage to the car park. Management are apologising to customers who may have made bookings at the hotel but say they expect it will re-open for business by the weekend.

A statement on the hotel website reads: As a result of the adverse weather conditions in Sligo this week, The Glasshouse has experienced electrical problems and has had to close while they are being rectified.
